At the Chapel Grove Church of Christ we try to exemplify the essence of hospitality.  We want everyone to be able to come to the TN Labor Day Meeting with as little expense as possible.  To make this possible, we try to provide accommodations at church member's homes. However, due to the number of people that come to the meeting, these home may fill up, so please see the list of accommodations below if necessary. The ladies of the congregation provide meals on Friday evening, Saturday evening, and Sunday afternoon for all the guests.  You should prepare to feed yourself on Saturday afternoon. There is always more than enough food.

In previous years the congregation has organized assigned houses to host the girls and boys. We are no longer coordinating this type of arrangement. If you are a young man or young lady wanting a place to stay, there may be members of the congregation who are able to accommodate you, but this will have to be arranged on an individual basis as there is no longer a designated guys and girls house.​
